Good morning Ladies and Gentlemen.
Better if we thank to God for His blessing for us and give me an opportunity to stand in front of you to give a speech.

Anyone would not want to get sick. We always expect healthy every day. With our bodies healthy, we can do all daily activities. We know that when we sick we need a lot of costs for treatment. We must keep our health as much as possible. One of way to keep our health is let us get used to a healthy lifestyle in our daily lives.

 Ladies and Gentlemen.
What is healthy lifestyle?
Healthy lifestyle habits are healthy person to apply in daily life and avoid the bad habits that disturb health.

What are the consequences if you do not make healthy lifestyle?
Can lead to various diseases such as heart attack, high blood pressure, stroke, cancer, diabetes, Obesity, Arthritis, Osteoporosis.
All this is due to three major risk factors are smoking, lack of physical activity and
less consumption of high fiber foods

What are the Benefits of a Healthy Lifestyle?

· The body to be healthier and not easy to get sick

· Activities of daily become more fluent and more attractive.

· More productive.

· Protected from various diseases

Healthy Lifestyle What is it like?

1. Eating a balanced nutritious diet, high in fiber and low in fat.

2. Perform 30 minutes of physical activity every day.

3. No Smoking

 Health is expensive but ill is more expensive again. Take a healthy lifestyle in order to keep our health and our families because prevention is better than cure.
